I have had a look and have found this guide that will walk you through exporting bookmarks from Firefox to Internet Explorer.

Just to avoid confusion and make things clear:

  • IE calls them favorites
  • Firefox call them bookmarks

You can export the Firefox bookmarks to an HTML file and import this file in IE to have the Firefox bookmarks available in IE. You can export the IE favorites in IE to an HTML file and import this file in the Firefox Bookmarks Manager.
