The attachments button in a New Message form does not work--it does not respond to my request to open the window to browse and attach a file.
Using Windows XP. Problem is recent. When I click on my hotmail inbox to allow me to enter a new message, the attachment feature does not work.
In the past: I would put the cursor on the attachment button, an underline would appear on the button, and when I clicked, a window would open to allow me to browse, etc., to choose a file and download it. Now, the attachment button and all the others do not seem to respond in any way. One caveat: I always had to position the cursor in a very precise way to get the button to respond with an underline and then I could click. If I were not at some precise spot vis-a-vis the word "attachment," it would not respond. Lately, however, no matter where and how I put my cursor, I get nor response.
