I checked that linkm but saw no problem. See if this helps;

I think this is caused by the sidebar at the left and some JavaScript that tries to keep the sidebar steady when you scroll the page. If I disable JavaScript after the page has finished loading then scrolling is much smoother.

Does it make a difference if you collapse the sidebar?

You can also try to block some scripts with the NoScript extension. I'm not using this extension, so I can't tell what script are involved with the sidebar and the scrolling.
