I am trying to get a notification from this site( https://qualitywriters.net/pa/projects/ongoing-projects) and the bell indicating that I am "subscribed to the notification," but I am not successful. help, please. I assume that you mean the notification setting in "Tools -> Page Info -> Permissions" ? Is this about normal notifications or about push notifications ?

Are there message about workers in the Web Console or Browser Console ?

You can try to create a cookie allow exception for this origin (protocol and hostname) in case of permission/security issues.
