I don't have a Profiles menu under the Account button on the main toolbar. My Firefox was just updated and the update tab info talked about the new profiles feature as if it was available. Is this rolling out in phases or should I be seeing it?

I have version 144.0, updated on 10/14/2025.

As of yesterday, Oct. 14, 2025, everything in my Firefox Bookmarks and History is gone. This is the message displayed: "The bookmarks and history system will not be functional because one of Firefox's files is in use by another application. Some security software can cause this problem." I have tried to recover them by different suggested means, but it would appear there is NOTHING to recover. Everything in Bookmarks says EMPTY, and I can no longer save any new Bookmarks, it just not allowed. How and why did this happen, and what am I supposed to do? I had hundreds of things Bookmarked, many of them were important to how I run my business, and now are seemingly all gone. This is very upsetting and would appreciate Mozilla getting this straighten out. I need and explanation and resolution.

I have contacted Microsoft. After testing the link/page loads in Edge, Chome (with and without addins same in ff) and Brave. But does not load in FF (with addon's disabled) nor in Private browsing FF (no addins obviously) they said to reach out to FireFox for support. I tried in edge (regular, not private) and it plays the stupid slideshow with music just fine, and I can get out of it and view the regular memory page that I want (Music really!? What if you’re viewing while someone around you is asleep? Or otp in public??? If I have taken photos in past years on a particular date, I get an email from Microsoft to review them. I normally do it on my phone, but today tried it from my computer. The path is "One Drive" "Photos" "Moments" and then "On This Day." If you click on the photos that in the graphic that looks like a movie strip, a montage of the photos shows up and you can also click on one. However, in Firefox, I click on a picture and the screen goes gray, but nothing ever loads. I thought it was a Microsoft issue so used their help function. The rep and I tried it, then cleared the cache, then tried it in a private setting. We got the same result every time. Then he tried it whatever Microsoft's browser is called and it worked just fine. They said it was a problem on the Mozilla Firefox end, so I'm reporting it. Please let me know if you can help me make it work. I don't like using anything except Firefox.

Up to a few days ago I was able to see "View all memories" from One Drive in Firefox. Not anymore.

I am subscribed to One Drive. Every few days I get an email from One Drive with the past memories from the day of the email. I will open the emails and click on "View all memories" then it would take me to the One Drive and I would be able to see those pictures individually. For a few days now I have not been able to do this on Firefox anymore. The website goes to gray like it is trying to download the pictures but it gets stuck there.

This is happening both on my desktop with Windows 7 and my laptop with Window 11. Everything works in the Microsoft Edge browser. I can see all the images individually from that day.

I have communicated this problem to Microsoft One Drive and it seems to be a browser problem. Is there any way that this problem can be solved in the Firefox browser?

Using Firefox--When I try to access the daily set of images that comes in an email representing memories for this day which is pulled from my Onedrive Photos, all I get is a dark blank screen with a subtle pulsing wave as if it is searching.

I get the same thing when I go directly to my OneDrive Photos and try to pull up the daily photos there.

However, changing browsers and using Google Chrome--I can view the images in the memory email as well as those on my OneDrive directly

What does Chrome do that Firefox is not?

I recently had another browser related issue on a different problem trying to register online with Directv which would not complete with Firefox but when I used Google Chrome instead of Firefox, it worked.

This made me wonder if the above OneDrive image problem might be browser issue. Sure enough, it was.

I really prefer Firefox and I do not want to have to go to Chrome.

I keep getting 'notifications' from Mozilla Firefox that McAfee has discovered a virus, Trojan, and other things. They come on the lower right corner of my screen and the address d3mj6kghubcc73dtudhg.kaironero.co.in is along the bottom of the notification. The notifications pop up every time I turn on my computer and go into Firefox and they just keep coming after I dismiss them. They are in small rectangles and have Mozilla Firefox written across the top left and say that McAfee has discovered.... Are they legit or are they spam and how do I stop them? I don't have McAfee installed on my computer which is a desktop. Please help--this is driving me crazy!!!

This started happening recently, in the last 30 days. Gray screen is shown when I clink on any photo in "Your memories from this day" email from photos@onedrive.com. If I go to OneDrive, then select today's date the issue is the same.

I've tried the same actions in Chrome and the photos are shown without issues.

Can someone help with this?

Hello, since I installed the Firefox 141.0 update today, I can't login to Reddit. I tried logging into Reddit right after updating Firefox, so did a System Restore to see if that corrected the problem, and it did.

To double check, I installed the Firefox 141.0 update again, and encountered the same problem logging into Reddit again, so it's definitely this new update causing the problem.

I've attached the Reddit messages I get. The 1st is the initial message, and the 2nd after I retry logging in.

I would greatly appreciate help with this.

Still having trouble viewing Fox News with a spinning circle. The link below may provide some help in providing an answer. Tried other browsers and all seem to work OK. Any help would be appreciated.

DAM SERVER ERROR! Every thing I wrote here is now GONE! Is it possible to make sidebar & drop down list LETTERS LARGER? The're tiny, too small to see without he magnifyer. Shrinking the page has no effect on the sidebar or the drop downs which stay tiny I cannot see tiny letters, I have to use the magnifier to see them & that is very awkward.
