Why is firefox browser so bad anymore? When I go to webpages isn`t doesn`t load up very easily. Doesn`t want to load images. So I`ll try someone elses browsers and it will load up quick and easy. I've been having problems with this browser quite often, I`m about to get rid of it, it`s so bad anymore. Very dissatisfied user.

With version 118. Firefox got the ability to translate website while browsing. Is this possible with chinese? It is this functionality which made me leave the ESR branch, but as it seems Chinese is not on the list of supported languages.

Hi all I like to show the bookmark toolbar in fullscreen mode. I have enabled "show always" but it does not show in fullscreen mode. On old firefox versions i could create a userChrome.css file and then it worked. But it looks like this is not possible with never (130.0.1 ATM) versions. May be the code has changed? This was my "old" css code wich is still working with firefox-esr: /*

Maybe someone has a solution how to show bookmars in fullscreen.

The site is BBC iPlayer so from my understanding should be readily available and am signed into. i have previously and have had to log in on occasion. If I am now having to reset numerous passwords and other settings then there is more invasion of privacy by dicating what I can and cannot see - my PC, although old, can handle large cookies and has done so before. This leads to the question of how the browser cache is arranged , as it appears that I am struggling to reset and install exemptions ( rather a lot!!).

I just want to restore to where I was a week ago when I had no problems

we have 2 imacs here:

imac A just had OS catalina installed and firefox is shown as up to date running v 115.15. However, while it loads the apple tv website the site remains unresponsive to input.

imac B is runnning OS Sonoma and firefox is shown as up to date running v 130.01. There is no problem with the apple tv site, which responds to input.

So: why can't I update firefox to the latest version on imac A and why is the apple tv website unresponsive when it works on imac B running an older OS?

hello yesterday i updated my Win10N to 22H2 version. since then i dont have audio on X videos and get error messages on nius clips (see pic) in about:support shows h264 acc and hevc as unsupported. but i cant tell if this is new or not. anyway k-lite codec pack should make them supported, right? to further narrow down the problem i used edge and visited nius and twitter and both worked fine, so the problem must be firefox. so im out of ideas how to fix that. anyone can help me? my help request on reddit https://www.reddit.com/r/firefox/comments/1fs2in3/need_helppossible_codec_problem/

Getting repeated Firefox popups saying a virus has been detected attempts to connect me to McAfee security. My Windows Defender says there is no virus but the popups reappear when I've close them. I did a firefox refresh to no avail

I run G-mail in a Firefox tab. It worked perfectly until 48 hours ago. Now I cannot attach any files to my emails, and Gmail's "Help" is useless. Is there anything in FF which could be preventing this? Any clues as to why GM has turned nasty?

I tried setting every setting to English my region to Canada the browser opens in Turkish with a translate to English box. I go to a website and they are all in Turkish. How can I fix this???

FFX 130.0.1 macOS 15.0 (This has nothing to do with the new macOS 15.0 Sequoia update as I have been using it for a week with absolutely no problems). This is absolutely a problem with Firefox or NextDNS. Thanks for your help in advance.

Woke up this morning and suddenly FFX is timing out when trying to access ANY site. Has been working fine - NO changes made to any settings. This literally came out of nowhere. Seems to be a DNS resolving issue. I get a time out with this error message:
