Hello, today I have set up a new account for work and I have trouble signing in. Actually, I manage to sign in, however I am then shown the screen which gives me the option to create account recovery key and the browser freezes completely. I am unable to click on anything, the only option is to go to the Task Manager and kill the program there. Then, when I open Firefox again, I am not signed in (even thought I recieve the email about a new sign-in to mozilla) and have to try the process again, only to experience the freezing browser again. How can I solve this or troubleshoot? I have Win11, my broser is supposedly up-to-date. Thank you! Anna

Facebook require a selfie to log in. I have one in my video camera but Facebook say I must provide access to my camera through my browser settings. I have searched browser settings but cant find anything that will satisfy Facebook. What can I do?

Hi I always use Firefox on my Apple I-Mac and it has always been excellent but in the last couple of weeks a window pops up to say that Dashlane is slowing down Firefox when I am trying to type in E-Bay. Not yet seen it in any other situation but it it virtually preventing me listing items for sale on E-Bay. Always have Dashlane open on Firefox whenever I am using Firefox/the internet. Today I reinstalled Firefox but it is still doing it. Help please! Kind regards Jeff Worth

I have lost my profile in firefox, i have an account sync but after restarting my pc i lost everything and seems the profile is not existing and when i re log with my account i did not recover anything.

Hello, I recently used the option to sign out while also checking the box to delete data from the device. I was under the impression that once I had the new computer I could just sign into my account and my synced data would be there. This is not the case, because I can't even get my bookmarks and what not back on the device that I originally signed out of. I'm pretty sure I am on the right account so why is everything gone even though it said that synced data will not be deleted? Am I cooked? Losing all my keys and bookmarks is going to suck so if anyone could help me, that would be much appreciated.

i am using a local dnsserver and firefox is connected to it. is this the reason? if so how can i disable this? other firefox features are working beautifully.

Hello! See the screenshot please: so, I downloaded à pay-bill, with Firefox (under ubuntu), in private navigation, and I get the file with a padlock-symbol at the end. What means that? What means that for me (on my computer), what means that for à friend, when I sent him the pdt-file (can he open it?). Nota: I understood that I can choose between "delete downloads when closing the privat window" or not. And I choosed not to delete them (but there appears this padlock-symbol). Thanks for your help! I have a problem, i have yahoo account that because of tje 2 way auth being 2 phone numbers that i lost and as mail recovery was one email to each other practicaly i lost any chance to log in them, my only chance is to gve a phone on yahoo in us which i cant afford, i need to change the email from my firefox account so i can still use it, im ready to prove in any way that is my account, i send this from my phone that im using for a long time, ao whqt can i do?
