I use Nightly 154.0a1 (2026-07-10) (64-bit) on Windows 11. I'm trying new VPN feature from study and the VPN itself is working, but the location setting is completely broken. I have only two options for location Recommended and United States. Whenever I choose United States, nothing changes and my IP is always from subset of CIDR 63.245.208.0/20 which is geolocated in London, UK. I tried multiple IP addresses (by restarting VPN) and all of them are geolocated in London. Running traceroute also suggest that all of them which I get are located in the UK. Is there a way to fix this?

No TURN ON button for VPN

I'm signed up and I get a window that says, to turn on VPN, Click the Turn On button. When I click VPN near the upper right corner of the browser, I see only a Get Started button, no Turn On button. If I click the Get Started button, it re-opens the window that indicates I'm signed in and tells me to click the Turn On button, again.

Can you assist?

When I try to set up the new built-in VPN setting it gets stuck in a loop:

I click the "get started" which then opens another tab where it gets me to confirm my account

Once I do that it says it will automatically open the VPN

When it does so the VPN window is the same one as before with just the "get started" button and no other options.

If I click on that it then opens another new tab and does the exact same thing in an unending loop

Hi, I am trying to set up the built-in vpn. I got as far as the attached screenshot but I cannot find the "... open panel and turn it on." I managed to instal? the Mozilla vpn but thats not what I am after.

Can you advise what, where is "open panel" and how to "turn on vpn"?.

Please give me step by step instructions otherwise I will get lost.

Hello. I have been trying to use the Firefox built-in VPN. I click on the VPN icon, click "get started" and it asks if I would like to continue with my Mozilla account. I click "Continue" and it says I am signed in and to click the VPN icon again to turn on the VPN. When I click the VPN again, it does not give me the option to turn it on. It only shows the "Get Started" button again and starts the process over. (see attached image)

It's also unclear why I enable the VPN on one website, but it automatically turns on on all the websites I visit. Why? I don't understand! I only need it on one website! I have to constantly disable it! Sometimes websites won't open because of the VPN. But I don't always remember that I have it enabled! Very inconvenient!

Some sites that I have to work on needs vpn but I can't connect to any of the vpn extensions on mozilla and due to this reason I am not able to do my work. My VPN Subscription ceased as I am no longer able to Use Mozilla VPN on desktop or android.. I have updated, downloaded new and can neither access on desktop or android. When I was able to log in, I found NO Active subscription, yet I have the receipt showing I should. I found a "MOZILLA" support page that stated how to recover, yet it was out of date and did NOT accurately show the same screen that I see. It shows that an "Already Subscribed" link should be on the page that shows the subscription packages. However, there is NO SUCH link on either my desktop or android app. I have the invoice (#5DF026AB-004) dated February 26, 2026 for an total amount of 90.67 with card ending in 9143. And it has been working fine till about 3 weeks ago. Since then I have sent 2 emails to vpn_support@mozilla.com with NO response or action taken. Therefor I have little faith that this ticket will get any more attention. However, it if does..... thank you -thank you. And I hope you can get my subscription back on line as this has greatly hampered my business operations as I am constantly out of country. I also feel that I am not out of line by asking for some credit as for this has been a problem for many weeks. I paid for a service which I have not been able to use, or even get adequate support to fix and have spent countless time and effort dealing with this issue.
