My friend and I usually use the same account on Firefox and he dismissed the pop up for the new VPN a few times, according to him. Every page I can find about setting up the VPN involves this pop up, and I cannot find another way to activate this.

I tried to log out of my friend's Firefox account and into mine, but the pop up did not appear for me. Is there another way I can set that up?

I'm trying to log on to Canada Life. They tell me that I have to use Google Chrome (preferred) but they also include Mozilla Firefox which is what I thought I'm using to get this support.? What gives?

I have been logging into Facebook forever. Suddenly today I get to the login page, click on continue and I get the white dialog box but no fields to enter my login data. I don't know if Mozilla did an update or not and broke that feature. It is the only thing I can think of that would cause the issue.

My URLs safeeenergyanalyst.org and safeeenergyanalyst.com do not redirect to https://russlowes.wordpress.com/blog/ on Firefox, but do on Chrome and Edge. I cannot figure this out, and have contacted GoDaddy and they say it is a Firefox issue.

Since the update to Firefox a few days ago, I am no longer able to view PDFs in the browser. They still open, but they show up as blank pages. Is there a way to fix this or to revert back to the previous version of FF?

I tried unchecking and rechecking all start settings. When I close Firefox, it asks if I want to close all tabs - the only option is to cancel, leaving Firefox open, or Yes, which would close all my tabs and not reopen the tabs on startup.

My recent history is also missing.

I upgraded to a new Surface Pro 12 and now when I launch Firefox it won't open my previous tabs and windows even though I've checked the box "open the previous windows and tabs" under the General/Start Setup. On my previous Surface Pro 3, I never had an issue with this. Am I doing something wrong..? Also when I click on the time in the lower right task bar, it would open the time plus a calendar. Now with the Pro 12 I get the time and a notifications window and no calendar. Is there a way to change Firefox to the way it was on my old Pro 3..?
