When I print a paused youtube video it prints black instead on what is on the screen
Bought my Son, who is autistic his own PC for Xmas.
He loves to print from youtube.
On the computer I bought him Dell with Window 7 home, he goes to youtube, pauses the video, selects print. It prints the main picture he was trying to print all black. The rest of the page prints fine.
It works fine on my PC Dell with Windows 7 professional.
Doesn't work in internet explorer either.
If I use the print screen button and paste to paint it works fine.
I even did capture and print add on and it makes the main picture black.
Please help if you can. Thanks.
