i want to create a new folder in bookmarks. your instructions are not what my computer shows me.

i go to the the slanted books, i go to bookmarks, and i go to the bottom show all bookmarks and there is no new folder to add to my bookmark. it would be so nice if you would truly simplify your method of doing things. Putting a new folder into my bookmarks should be more simple than this!!!
