Lost all data during password reset - firefox sync

Dear Collagues,

Because I forget my password to firefox sync i choose option reset my password, after that all my bookmarks and settings has gone. The worst thing is that there wasnt any information that they will be not avaliable after that operation. Are there any way to recover only the bookmarks from the past?

This is a security feature. When you reset your Firefox account password, you will lose any data that is stored on the Firefox servers. This is to prevent data theft. Unfortunately, there is no way to recover this data.

Prior to beginning the password reset process, you should have received a warning similar to the one in the attached screenshot.
