it looks like its a symbol of either RealPlayer(tm) LiveConnect-Enabled Plug-In or RealTimes Download Plugin . Although I am not sure which is more specific but any one of them is symbolizing this. Still You can do a try to sac your firefox browser from any of malware scanners :
