Recently all my 100 plus Bookmarks all went to Grey Globes. Never had this issue in years with Firefox. I am working on Mac OS desktop version Ventura 13.7.5 and Firefox 140.0.4. How do I get all my bookmarks to come back to normal? I tried hard refresh and cleared my cache.

Apparently, there was a Windows Update last night (Windows 10). Bookmarks disappeared on Firefox. Went to Manage Bookmarks tab. Went to Import and Backup. Then Restore. There's a prompt to Choose File, but nothing appears. Also, on the left side of the Library window it is blank. On a support page, it showed some sort of list of bookmarks. Nothing like that when I pull it up.
I signed in today to find every single password had been deleted. I cant even pay my fucking bills now! wtaf! where are all my passwords?!

Lately when composing an e-mail at gmail.com on my Firefox the attachment button is missing. As well all styling aids are missing (font, fontsize, bold... etc.). This problem does not arise, when using Chrome or Windows Edge instead Firefox. But I sure want to stay with Firefox.

When I reach the point that it wants to see my ugly mug on camera it tells me there is no camera. I've given verify.id.me permission to use the camera in privacy & security. I can record a video with ffmpeg. What have I missed? I don't see any relevant errors in firefox's output. I'm trying in safe mode.

Any time I allow a website to use my location on my home computer, it places me in a suburb in Las Vegas. However, I live near Seattle. This happens on multiple websites including Google Maps and Uber Eats, and on other browsers my location is correct. I'm not running any VPNs or proxy servers, I've verified that my IP address is linked to my correct location, and I've deleted all cache and cookies ("Everything" for time frame) from my history. Is there a way I can have an accurate location again?

I am trying to recover my bookmarks/passwords/settings after a recent crash but when I sign into my mozilla account where I had everything synced, I get the default bookmarks. I have tried all of the backup options in the forums and searched my pc in AppData and my profiles are no longer there.
Is there a way to restore my synced data from a few days ago?
