How to fix ZTE Open hang at "sitting fox" loading screen?
When I turn on my phone, as it is is booting, it first shows the large Firefox OS logo, then shows the smaller logo and the sitting fox image. However, the phone hangs on this second screen indefinitely.
I've tried the following without success:
- Removing sim, sdcard, battery, and starting up just with the battery
- Using the Firefox OS System recovery util (booting with vol-up and power held) to both wipe data/factory reset and wipe cache partition
When I md5 check from the recovery util, it says "E: signature verification failed". It appears my OS has become corrupted; is there a way to restore it?
