I have been using mozilla & earthlink for a long time. As yesterday when I clicked on to the mozilla icon and the only thing that comes up is yahoo. once that happens I can go to https and enter the earthlink address and get to my email. but all my idenity safe contacts are in the Mozella browser, I sure would like to get mozella back as my primary browser and all my contacts. WILL YOU HEAP ME. IF IT WOULD HELP TO TALK TO SOME ONE PERSONALLY PLEASE GIVE ME A CONTACT # I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND A REAL PERSON TO TALK TO. IT IS FRUSTRATING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Bill, as far as I know, Yahoo doesn't have its own browser. But Yahoo can modify one of your browsers with its add-ons and home page.
If you check the Help menu, can you find About Firefox or About Internet Explorer, or some other indication of what browser it is? If it is Firefox, please try the steps in my earlier reply.

Hi Bill, this may be simpler to fix than it appears. You may have installed a Yahoo add-on which changed your home page. Could you try these two things:
(1) Disable or remove unwanted add-ons
If you do not recognize an extension on the following tab, or it's not essential (you could live without it for 24 hours), then go ahead and disable it:
orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons > Extensions category
You probably will need to restart Firefox for the changes to take effect. If so, there will be a handy link above the disabled item to do that.
(2) Change your home page to the desired page

If you find that your search providers also were changed during this snafu, you can use the following add-on to quickly set them all back to Google:

Finally, if your home page reverts to Yahoo after a restart, either there is another extension you need to disable or you might have a user.js file that is overriding your preferences when you start Firefox. This article has tips on changing that down: How to fix preferences that won't save.
I missed the part about Identity Safe. Is that part of your Norton security software? If your Norton add-on stopped working, use the Norton Live Update program to update your Norton product, then exit and restart Firefox to incorporate the updated version.
