In 21.0, my "restore previous windows" options no longer works when I reopen firefox.

After the latest Firefox update, when I reopen Firefox it no longer restores the tabs I closed last time.

I've checked my option setting and it is under "show my windows and tabs from last time", but when I restart Firefox it still brings out the homepage.

Already tried about:config setting method but it is still not working.

Is this issue occurs because of the new updates? If so, when can it be solved.

It is getting tired to look for previous windows and tabs every time when I restart Firefox.
