dropdown list / <select> box is not working for all kinds of website whichever have dropdown list. i have upgrade firefox to latest version. just like the below / next step at this webpage = "This happened : everytime firefox opened." the arrow key is not working, but i can type: up/down direction key at keyboard to select the option.
if i use internet explorer, no such problem. kindly assist.

i am not technical person on computer, so i need to get step by step guid lines on this issue. if firefox get to solve this issue and i just go to upgrade it, is best.
