deleting active tab from history dropdown
so while i'm browsing the internets sometimes i'll stumble on to links that i immediately want to delete from my history while the tab is still open. this was fine in previous versions of firefox but now ever since "switch to tab" was introduced it will no longer let me delete active tabs. i used the extension switch to tab no more but it didn't help.

nevermind. after a bit of googling i found https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/switch-to-tab-blacklist/ and adding value of ["."] lets me delete active tabs from dropdown history.
