Firefox will not save downloads in the directory nominated in the Options tab.

Firefox will not save downloads in the location specified under the Options tab which is C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\My Documents\Downloads - Firefox. It keeps sending downloads to C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp. I have tried setting alternative file locations under Options, but it always goes to C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Temp. Can someone offer some help.

Your anti-virus software may prevent Firefox from moving the file to the destination folder.
