When prompted to update to 8.0.1 - and I hit install - window just thinks about it and never installs update????
Trying to update to 8.0.1 - when the update window pops up to install I hit "install" as I want the update of course. However, once I hit the install button it can be all day and it sill isn't done installing the update, it just thinks about it...... Make sense? What can I do to get this updated and done? Shouldn't be this tough right?

Hi ammikolasy- I'm sorry you had trouble upgrading. There can be a number of different reasons why that happened. I found an article that outlines how to correct the problem:
