Firefox running well on IBM compat Windows 7/64 bit. No Outlook so adding Thunderbird. Added Thunderbird and received the Error: Platform version "7.0.1" NOT compatible with: Minversion: 1.9.2.13 Maxversion: 1.9.2.13

If you use ZoneAlarm Extreme Security then try to disable Virtualization.
