How do I delete or uninstall the winamp tool bar?

winamp tool bar showed up without my deliberate install of it. I want to uninstall it and have not been able to. When I click on the little gear icon located on the right side the drop down box says "uninstall winamp tool bar" when I click on it I go to the Add-on Manager and I cannot find any further option to delete it. Thanks for any assistance you can provide. Jan the Man!
