I get an error message when trying access a site, it says my screen is too big or wide. I have los my back arrow as well.

Please do the following:

  1. Update Firefox via this link: Download Firefox v3.6.19

  2. Update Java via http://www.java.com/en/

If the problem persists after you update, please post again.
