I recently switched to a new computer and downloaded the most recent Firefox. I downloaded adblocker, which I was also using on my old computer, but that's it for add-ons. Initially I was able to bookmark pages, but recently when I try to add a bookmark, it won't show up in my bookmark menu no matter what I do.

This can be a problem with the file places.sqlite that stores the bookmarks and the history.
