I keep trying to download Firefow, it appears almost complete and then I get a box pop up which says 'unknwon publisher' I can't then over ride this box and so can't install Firefox! Help!
I tried to download Firefox for the first time the process appears almost complete and then I get a little box saying that it cannot complete due to unknown publisher.

Make sure you are downloading it from the correct place, and save it first to your hard drive (or a pen or something) and run in from there. Trying to run it directly from the internet may cause problems with some browsers.
