This year the creator of this add-on has (intentionally or not) dropped support of Firefox for Android, see https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/android/addon/bitwarden-password-manager/versions/ .
You can ask them about it, or install Firefox Nightly where you can install add-ons from XPI files.
