Desktop Firefox signs me out of Firefox acct, why?

Hello all, once or twice a week, on my desktop, I have to resign in to my Firefox browser, why? This never used to happen... the past few weeks it is common. All my bookmarks, etc, are synced via Firefox. This is tiresome. No, I have NOT changed any settings, anywhere. Ideas? Thanks
