That section usually has a "Settings" button. What setting are you looking for? The page layout has changed over the years and what you need may be somewhere else. Do you have any policies controlling your Firefox? You can type or paste '''about:policies''' in the address bar and press Enter to load that page. The Active panel usually says "The Enterprise Policies service is inactive." Does yours list any active policies? (You can ignore the Documentation list; that doesn't tell you about your own Firefox.)
