Remove hotkey for "Perplexity AI"

Dear,

I use a hotkey for the screen-capture program "Snagit". The hotkey is: CTRL-SHFT-P

However, it now seems that also the AI-search program "Perlexity" uses the same hotkey.

Where can I remove the shortkey for Perplexity?

That isn't something Firefox browser can change it's own default Hotkeys. That is up to those software devs to decide what to change or swap for hotkeys.

I'm a little confused because Ctrl+Shift+P is Firefox's built-in shortcut to open a new private browsing window.

I guess if Snag-it runs as a separate Windows application, it can intercept that key combination before Firefox sees it.

And is Perplexity also running as a separate Windows application, this isn't related to just visiting the Perplexity web page?

In that case, I agree with the earlier reply that you need to check settings for those programs to resolve the conflict.
