Inability to understand chenges to upgrade

I am not an IT expert and find it difficult to understand the procedure in upgrading Firefox as directed by continuous log in directives I can not get rid of upgrade notice no matter what i try. So please stop sending this information to my computer. Kind Regards Stephen Boulton lstboulton@gmail.com
