Is there any way to remove this button off my task bar? It's kind of annoying and all the solutions I've looked up aren't working

I might switch browsers if they don't fix this please, I don't really enjoy huge changes like this and I'd rather have the old Firefox taskbar back to normal.
From what I've seen, nothing works anymore since this looks like a permanent change but I guess it's sort of stupid to post about it now.

Up to and including version 130 it could be easily done in about:config but not now.
If you and the other people who don't like it, which includes me, protested here https://connect.mozilla.org/t5/discussions/bd-p/discussions something MAY be done.
