Just updated to 13.1 os on Mac and Firefox 108.0. The tabs are now covering the bookmarks toolbar. Is this a known issue?

fwiw ---- Just upgraded 106.0.5 to 108.0 on linux. Not having your issue tabs/bookmarks overlap.
I had an old customization laying around, turned off toolkit.legacyUserProfileCustomizations.stylesheets and the problem went away BUT the tabs went back to the top. Is there any other way to get the tabs below the toolbars?
