Sync Google Contacts with Thun derbird 102.2.0
You have just installed 102.2.0 over my Thunderbird and I find that neither TBSync nor Gcontactssync addons seem to be compatible with this version. Can you please let me know how I can continue to sync my contacts with Google Thank you

But it does not work -
What you did not make clear was that the sync is one way only - from Google contacts into TBird but NOT the other way around. I have just discovered this.
Try to delete the Google Calendar in Thunderbird. Delete the Google caldav password/token Thunderbird has remembered. Restart Thunderbird. Re-create the Google Calendar in Thunderbird.
