After hitting the print button on drop down option menu a print error window pops up, after a few seconds the printer spews out the right number of pages with nothing printed. I called the company, they they have received several calls from people using firefox after the last update with the same problem. They attributed the problem to firefox. Suggest using Chrome. HELP. I can print from other sites.
