I used to be able to single forward a message to several different recipients at once. I would press forward, my address book would appear. I would select those desired parties, press to: or cc: or bcc: and send. Either I touched a wrong button or the program has changed. My address book no longer appears, I really need someone's help!

Try pressing F9 in the compose window. That key turns the pane on and off.
