I wanted to import my passwords from Safari, I did the [[Import from Another Browser|https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/import-data-another-browser]] thing, and none of my passwords were transferred over. If I press "Import from Another Browser" again, only Bookmarks are available to import. I suspect enabling Full disk access before importing would solve my problems, as [http://example.com this] article suggests, I'm unsure how to tell firefox to try importing anything besides bookmarks now.
