I tried to do a telemedicine call with my doctor. It was a doxy.me website. I was asked to enable my camera and microphone. I clicked enable and was told that my camera and microphone were blocked. How do I unblock them?

I appreciate any help that is given.

Hi

I should be able to help you with this.

  • Open the Android Settings app (typically a cogwheel icon)
  • Along the top, tap the little magnifying glass icon and search for "App permissions"
  • Select App permissions and for both Camera and Microphone, grant permission to Firefox
