The 64-bit version of 60.9.1 is here (choose your language), but I wouldn't expect there's any significant performance benefit over the 32-bit version.

My current version is Thunderbird Version 68.7.0, ID build 20200407160932. I wanna install Thunderbird Setup 68.7.0 64 bit. How to do this? Is this way good and save? 1. back up Thunderbird profile 2. uninstall 32 bit version 3. install 64 bit version Thank you

That should work, but why take the chance something goes wrong? There are practically no advantages to 64-bit, and a few downsides, besides the risk the new install doesn't read the old profile.
