Firefox is blocking its own support site as being unsafe!
When I try to access the Firefox support site on my Mac, whether it is from Firefox > Preferences > Firefox Support of by navigating to the Mozilla Support URL, I am told that the site is unsafe. Please see the screen shot attached. Why is Firefox calling its own support site unsafe?
I have cleared my browser cache and cookies, closed and reopened Firefox, and restarted my Mac several times each, all to no avail.

Please click the Advanced button. There should be a certificate. Can you provide it here?
There is security software like Avast, Kaspersky, BitDefender and ESET that intercept secure connection certificates and send their own.

Our real certificate is issued by Amazon, not by Zscaler.
