I did that already. They keep saying contact Samsung since it's added to the device and Samsung passes me back to them. The ones that did Ithaca built add-ons. Pretty sure they used foxfire because it's requiring me to use a master password and once I do the steps to reset it it's telling me to verify with master computer.... They know their stuff and I'm a complete noob.
