updated to 66.0.5 on May 11.no adblock plus.permanent?
I updated to 66.0.5 on May 11, 2019 and received notice that adblock plus would be disabled. This comes after all the add-ons were disabled b/c of certificate problem. I had adblock plus for a couple of days(?). I searched for the reason why---it kept giving me the earlier outage.
I searched within Mozilla, I posted this same question before. Is there anyone out there who uses adblock plus? I'd like to know of adblock plus is coming back. thanks!

Try to install the latest version of Adb+ (3.5.2), or try uBlock Origin.
