In what format does Thunderbird save messages under POP configuration? I don't believe mine is saving them to my Local Folder on my C:\\

I set up Thunderbird as a POP3 configuration to backup my Yahoo email account before I remove it. I have the Local Folders directory in my C: drive, but I dont see the messages. The two folders that are shown in the pic under the directory were made with ImportExport Tool.

Are the other files the proper ones? Why can't I see the messages?
