How do I change the default on Bookmarks Toolbar folders so that a dragged tab appears at the top of the drop down list?

Hi

When I click and drag a tab, or a selected URL from the URL window, to a Bookmarks Toolbar folder, the URL, by default, drops to the bottom of the list of items in that folder.

Is there a way to place the URL at the top of the list automatically when I release click over the bookmark folder?
