Hi, not sure if this is the issue or not. Please open a New Tab and go to the Firefox Icon on the Left Top of the Page and Click. Skip the tour if it offers, restart Firefox from 3 Bar Menu and Exit.

If fails it will need to be found in about:config somewhere that I do not know.
