My thunderbird profile has failed to restore thunderbird opens as new instance without any emails or accounts.
Hi , i accidentally formatted a partition on my hard drive that contains my thunderbird email profie, i have emails of more than 3 years and are very important. I made a data recovery and managed to restore the information plus the emaio profile. however i have used the normal restoration procedure for thunderbird on windows 7 but thunderbird opens as a new instance with no emails or accounts configured.kindly help out .thanks
