How can I get my reply to an email set to be above the original?

I have upgraded my computer to windows 10, and since, the cursor goes below an email to reply. It used to be above, and I would prefer that. How do I fix that?

Go to Account Settings-Composition and Addressing The reply behavior options are there. You have to set this for each account if you have more than one account.
