How can i edit the contact fields for sorting?

Need to sort contacts by "city" or "region". The program allows me to select which field i want shown in contacts window and sort them but not all contact field columns are possible to show there. English is not my 1st language as you can see from the screenshot i enclose, hope i'm explaining well what i mean.

Try the MoreFunctionsForAddressBook add-on. Apart from adding some functions to the Address Book, which may or may not be of use to you, it also exposes more columns in the address book column selector and in the View|Sort By menu item.
