what happened to my firefox ...had message on computer was running slow click here...now everything is messed up and 10x slower to point of black screen and nee
getting black screen need to turn off computer and restart....doesn't remember... or now ask... any of my passwords...now can't get into sites as I don't remember passwords that is why I have you remember....click here to help....right...totally messed me up... and what is phone number I can contact you at...frustrated...aggravated

There is no phone #
So during the check it found the Profile was corrupted and this was causing it to be slow. Many gigs of information go into in the corse of a day.
Your Profile was corrupted so another was made. Please look on the Desktop for a Folder called OldFirefoxData, the Profile would be in there. If no folder then Firefox created another Profile and your old one is still in the Profile folder. It maybe possible to fix these issues but do not corrupt the new Profile bu trying to stuff in a corrupt file.
