How can you tell the TB program is checking for new email? Does the left corner down arrow move when downloading or just nothing?
I can send in TB but not receive email. Not even sure the program is checking the server. Can you see on the "get email" tab the left hand corner down arrow moves to indicate it's downloading/checking the server, or just the upper most menu tab when you open the program? Thank you so much.

Ok, at the very bottom of the program when checking for email you'll see a green bar on right that shows it's activated and doing something. :)
